We currently have an incredible opportunity in our sales department. We are looking to hire a Licensed, Experienced P&C Insurance Sales Representative. We are seeking to hire trusted advisors who currently have a valid WA P&C Insurance License, with a minimum 1 year experience selling P&C Insurance in a Captive Agency Setting.
As an in office (not remote) Licensed, Experienced P&C Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients, to help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each clients' lifestyle. Seeking candidates that can educate our clients to understand the importance of proper coverage so they understand why insurance is so important.

Requirements
You should apply if you meet all of our requirements:
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 1+ Year experience SELLING P&C Insurance in a Captive Agency Setting
- Can provide evidence of a proven sales track record
- Can provide professional references to verify dependability, reliability & sales performance
Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Create & maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of insurance- how and why it’s so important to have proper coverage.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Answer the phone and assist walk in customers.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
- Assist with ideas for Marketing and Social Media Management for the Agency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
