Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities: -
-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Attend sales meetings
- Previous experience in sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and French
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with excel
- Ability to work independently
