Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and make a significant impact in the sales department.

Responsibilities: -

-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Attend sales meetings

- Previous experience in sales is preferred

- Strong communication skills in both English and French

- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Familiarity with excel

- Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (required)
  • sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Laval, QC H7P 0L4

Expected start date: 2024-04-15
