We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for relationship builing and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, maintaining a cadence with them, and developing long term partnerships. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and customer service skills to successfully market our products and services. No sales experience is required but is helpful. No elevator knowledge is required, we will teach you everything!

Responsibilities

  • Engage in cold and warm calling to generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Communicate differentiators and benefits clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in sales is a plus, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to achieve targets.
  • High levels of extraversion, and you must love to talk to people.
  • You must also be a gifted active listener.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
