Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and have experience in technology sales or outside sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze market trends, and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and target markets.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or outside sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1,250.00 per week
