Hoffmann Group USA is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. This position is responsible for promoting and selling Hoffmann tools while maintaining professional relationships in the industrial tool market. This position requires approximately one week of travel per quarter to customer facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with current customers and build new customer base in assigned territory through digital avenues
  • Identify all requirements of the customers such as technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
  • Provide pre-sales technical knowledge product education and after sales support to customer
  • Calculating client quotes, negotiating projects, tenders and daily orders to meet the customer's needs
  • Gathering and updating customer information such as corporate structure, demand, sales reports, potential and who the decision makers are within the company in the CRM system
  • Collaboration with the Inside Sales and Product Management teams on a daily basis
  • Adhering to and providing the Hoffmann values and culture to all customers in order to guarantee the stable growth of the company
  • Follow-up on open quotes
  • Process customer complaints, coordinate returns or credits
  • Represent the company during visits to customer facilities
  • Calling leads in assigned territory
  • Perform any other duties that may be required by the position or as directed by the Inside Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years sales experience, preferably in the tooling industry
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Technical sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
