Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling security, communications, and fire alarm systems to both commercial/industrial businesses and the public sector throughout Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security and fire alarm technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet clients' security and fire safety requirements.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our security and fire alarm systems.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients, striving to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation and implementation of security and fire alarm systems for clients.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing post-sale support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in security and fire alarm technology to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems.
  • Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
