Job Description
We are seeking a self motivated, quota killing sales professional with several years of industry (or similar) experience for our Whippany location. Discrete knowledge of and experience in the flavoring & blending industry is highly desired.
This salary +commission based position offers an unlimited earning opportunity! The position will work cooperatively with the executive team to offer our service to key accounts, enhance the rapport and create an opportunity for additional products to be sold.
Job Duties:
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
Proactively recommend new or additional items/product lines to customers, to increase customer satisfaction and awareness of all of our services.
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of within our industry in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite
as needed.
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, resolve any complaints, offer other products to the order, etc.
Fill requests for information or samples.
Remain current on consumer preferences by attending sales and industry meetings, vendor training and trade shows, or reading trade journals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
