Key Responsibilities:

• Work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with a mandatory Saturday team breakfast.
• Sign a minimum of 5 contracts per month.
• Perform roof inspections (must be able to get on roofs).
• Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims.
• Meet with adjusters to finalize claims.
• Complete the project scope (easy-to-learn, training provided).
• Meet homeowners to finalize work orders.
• Provide regular weekly updates and follow-ups with customers.
