Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient census in the Houston area.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals for hospice services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan targeting key decision-makers and referral sources.
- Educational Outreach: Provide ongoing education to healthcare professionals about the company's hospice services, emphasizing the benefits to patients and families.
- Field Engagement: Spend the majority of time in the field meeting with potential referral partners, attending industry events, and building a robust network within the healthcare community.
- Achieve Excellence: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to unlock generous performance bonuses.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient care experience and maintain high satisfaction levels with referring partners.
Qualifications:
- Required: Proven experience in hospice marketing with an existing book of business in the Houston area.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently generate 7 or more patient admissions per month.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospice care industry and the Houston healthcare market.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Motivated and Ambitious: A self-starter who is driven to exceed goals and grow within a prestigious organization.
- Transparency: Candidates should disclose any non-compete agreements.
