Anchor Builders is a growing construction company specializing in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and new construction projects across Orange County. We pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our business and provide our clients with tailored construction solutions.
Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Construction Sales Representatives at both entry-level and mid-level positions. The right candidates will have a strong passion for sales and an interest in the construction industry. Experience in ADUs and new construction is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to develop project plans.
-Develop and present customized proposals to clients based on their specific project -needs
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
-Understand and communicate basic construction processes, timelines, and pricing
-Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
-Collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in construction sales or a related field
-Knowledge of ADUs and new construction preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and project performance effectively.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
