We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships with key personnel through regular phone and email contacts.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on open inquiries and quotations, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction with our products and services.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing client needs, challenges, interests, and competitor activities.
- Support live chat interactions and assist with periodic marketing activities, including attending trade shows.
- Perform limited domestic travel for on-site training, trade shows, or inventory checks, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial sales or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus; SAP familiarity is beneficial.
- A valid driver’s license.
