Job Description

We are representing a trusted worldwide leader in the bearing industry, providing innovative and reliable solutions for our clients. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships with key personnel through regular phone and email contacts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Track and follow up on open inquiries and quotations, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing client needs, challenges, interests, and competitor activities.
  • Support live chat interactions and assist with periodic marketing activities, including attending trade shows.
  • Perform limited domestic travel for on-site training, trade shows, or inventory checks, as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial sales or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus; SAP familiarity is beneficial.
  • A valid driver’s license.
