Position: Technical Account Executive (TAE)
Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Account Executive to serve as a vital link between our clients and our innovative healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record in account management. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, industry experience, and customer-focused sales strategies to ensure client success and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospital administrators, clinical leaders, and IT teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing technical and business inquiries.
- Technical Consultation and Support:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges, providing expert guidance on integrating our technology into their workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Advocate for client needs with internal product teams.
- Value Proposition & Solution Selling:
- Present and demonstrate our solutions, highlighting their impact on value-based care, patient outcomes, and cost reduction.
- Use data analytics to showcase the ROI of our solutions and help clients optimize their performance under value-based payment models.
- Customize solutions to fit client-specific workflows for seamless integration.
- Account Growth and Client Retention:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering ongoing value and proactively addressing challenges.
- Align client strategic goals with our technology offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5-10 years in healthcare technology solutions, focusing on value-based care, population health management, or EHR systems.
- Proven experience in technical account management or solution sales within healthcare.
- Sales and Account Management:
- Track record of managing and growing key client accounts and achieving sales targets through a value-driven approach.
- Experience in consultative sales and delivering technical presentations.
- Healthcare Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of value-based care models and the challenges faced by providers and payers.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
