Our Sales Representatives work directly with new and current customers to help them understand the benefits of solar energy and guide them through the transition of switching from their utility company to owning their own power. This role owns the entire process for a customer while working alongside our in-house project managers, installation crews, and customer success representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend 2-3 company leads per day, six days per week
  • Capitalize on company-generated appointments
  • Generate new leads and referrals
  • Educate homeowners on solar energy and Top Tier’s processes
  • Maintain a professional approach with in-home presentations
  • Dedication to providing customers with a Top Tier experience
  • Motivation for success and commitment to growth

Compensation:

  • Most competitive compensation in the industry
  • Weekly performance mentoring and coaching
  • Expected $35,000 - $85,000 in the first 90 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $91,318.42 - $217,931.87 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Norfolk, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
