Job Description
Within this role, the Sales Operations Specialist, will work directly with the Sales team to ensure a streamlined single point of contact and support for outlined duties. This position will help drive patient focus through cultivating a solutions oriented mindset and by approaching all situations with a critical and innovative mindset. This position will be responsible for the management of sales operational actions as laid out and required by the operations team.
Job Duties
- Leverage CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and analytic platforms to support sales operations initiatives.
- Action requirements as outlined in departments reports.

Maintain individual and departmental KPI performance including but not limited to:
- Adhering to all response time commitments,
- Maintain a minimum of 98% error free actions,
- Provides accurate and timely delivery of the following to the Sales team regarding internal inquiries surrounding order management for both sales and repair scenarios,
- Support and manage product order allocation processing,
- Project order management as requirements are set forth by the project management team,
- Effectively manage the inflow of all Sales inquiries through various contact streams to maintain optimal service of needs and requests.
- Be the lead contact point for all actions as outlined by the Sales Operations leadership team in support of the designated sales area.
- Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness of actions, processes and procedures with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation through the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations Leadership on strategic opportunities to elevate the territory support experience.
- Effectively adhere to and utilize company and division policies and procedures to assist with problem resolution for customer inquiry.
- Minimal travel may be required and as directed by leadership.
- Perform other related duties and/or work as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma required.
- Minimum 4 Years of relevant work experience within the Customer Service or Sales Operations landscape.
- Bilingual English French proficiency in speaking, reading, writing abilities are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred:
- Experience with Datasweep, SalesForce, Service Cloud, CRM or SAP an asset.
- Medium Microsoft Office skills required, advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
- Ability to think creatively to innovate new ideas.
