San Benito Shutter Co. is the largest (and fastest growing) distributor of shutter components to the shutter manufacturing industry in the world. We have been in business for nearly 30 years and have 4 locations nationwide. Our Southwest location has an opening for a Regional Sales/Account Manager. This job services existing accounts and develops new business for the company by building relationships with the accounts that are both strong and lasting.

The territory covers California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii. There is some overnight travel involved with the territory estimated at 5-7 days per month.

The region is serviced and based out of our San Bernardino warehouse - but the successful candidate can live anywhere in the Southwestern region of the United States. The preferred candidate will have previous experience in the window covering industry.

Compensation consists of a base $80,000 annual salary, plus an incentive program that rewards growth in sales in the territory. A $100,000 annual salary is realistic for this position, and much more can be achieved. A company vehicle is provided with this position as well.

Daily communication of activity is essential to success in this position, and basic computer skills are required to send/receive e-mails and attachments. A positive, outgoing personality with attention to detail will be quite successful in this role.
