- You will send potential clients to our marketing website
- From there you will start the process to enroll them by joining our agency
- Our agency provides the sales skills you will need to excel and reach your financial goals
- We will mentor you so that you feel confident
- We provide the lead source
- And you will also post on social media and get clients
- Opportunities for advancements in other divisions
- Opportunities to also run your own team
- Prove yourself and we will promote you to earnings 350K+
Pay roll
This position is paid by high commissions and bonuses 1099 20% (affiliate portfolio)
- We want you to have a great holiday and once a client pays you will be paid the next business day
- This structure will continue to help you get started for 90 days
- You can start making money ASAP
Training
- You will be trained making calls to speak with potential clients and setting appointments
- We will provide you with a script
What to wear
We are waiting for our other Henderson location to move into in the next 90 days
This current location is a home/office
Meanwhile you can dress casual and or shirt and jeans

Responsibilities
- Send out emails, make cold calls, set up appointments, close
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Analyze potential clients needs and provide excellent service
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries
- Collaborate with team supervisors to share best practices and improve overall sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in phone sales, telemarking, cold calling is a plus
- Strong skills to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
