Location: Mississauga and Hamilton/Stoney Creek
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission, car allowance benefits, and potential growth opportunities

As our Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will play a key role in attracting and securing new service business in one of Canada’s most dynamic markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the GTA and surrounding areas, with a focus on aftermarket service sales for industrial doors and docks.
  • Customer Outreach: Actively reach out to potential clients, introducing Wilcox’s services, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for each client.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and client requirements, adjusting sales strategies as needed.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, performance metrics, and market trends to the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in outside or aftermarket sales, preferably in industrial services, construction, or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven with strong organizational skills and a high degree of initiative.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas (driver’s license required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
