JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Account Executive will drive new business by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. Working closely with the Sales team, this role will engage clients with creative proposals, present product offerings, and ensure high client satisfaction. Success in this role requires effective communication, strategic thinking, and a goal-oriented mindset.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking to create new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and senior Account Executives to understand client needs and propose creative solutions.
- Present proposals, pricing, and product offerings to potential clients in a compelling and engaging way.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and product knowledge workshops to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, with a focus on new client acquisition and relationship building.
- Travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in decor, millwork, print, retail, or design (internships or part-time work are acceptable).
- A passion for building relationships and an ability to engage creatively with clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
