BEHCO is seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about sales and eager to grow within a well-established company. As a Junior Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and promoting BEHCO’s extensive product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct visits to prospective and current customers to promote BEHCO’s products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and built teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage and track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position BEHCO’s offerings.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Previous sales experience or internships in a technical or industrial field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to generating new business.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information.· Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
