Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking care of new and current clients, entering in orders, tracking, ordering products and working with warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
- Accepting payments and applying it to correct customer accounts
- Answer incoming calls/emails and make outbound calls/emails in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Close deals to meet sales targets and upsell
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve common goals
- Track orders, resolve issues and order product to ensure customer pickup/delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building products
-Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluent in Spanish
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with computers
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
-1-2 years Inside Sales Experience or with building products
