Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge Meaningful Connections: Develop and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote our innovative hospice services.
  • Educate and Advocate: Be a champion for our unique approach to end-of-life care, educating healthcare providers and referral sources on the benefits and value we offer.
  • Guide and Support: Conduct assessments of patients' eligibility for hospice care and provide compassionate guidance to patients, families, and healthcare professionals throughout the admission process.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, positioning Superior Hospice as a leader in the field.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure seamless transitions for patients and deliver exceptional care at every stage of their journey.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of interactions and uphold regulatory and compliance standards to ensure the highest quality of care and service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Thorough understanding of hospice and end-of-life care, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients and families.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
