The Role: Used Car Dealer General Manager - (Full-time, Commission)

Ideal Auto is a new and pre-owned car brokerage company dedicated to transforming the car buying experience for the end-user through expert dependable service.

Over the years, our continuous efforts to provide additional services for our clients extended to our full service collision repair shops and our pre-owned vehicle showrooms.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit & needs analysis to existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinated sales effort with team members and management in all departments
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • High School diploma
  • Requirements for Sales Manager:
  • Had at least 5 years of experiences as Sales Manager or 8 years experiences as Sales professional.
  • responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles
  • Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
  • Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
