Fisher Dynamics is looking for a Customer Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This individual will be a key player in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets. This position will be on a contract basis.
Salary Structure will be 100% Commission
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and engage new sales opportunities in the automotive seating and related sectors. Build relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness to their needs.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to target accounts and market segments. Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and use this information to inform sales strategy and client conversations.
- Quoting and Contract Negotiation: Present quotes provided by Fisher Dynamics, negotiate pricing, and close sales contracts in alignment with company policies and profit margins.
- Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and fulfilled.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Report regularly to senior management on progress against targets.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
3-5 years of sales experience in automotive or manufacturing sectors. Experience with prototype or custom engineering sales preferred.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills.
Purposeful, initiative-taking, and adaptable to a demanding environment.
Familiarity with automotive prototyping processes and relevant customer requirements is a plus.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Work Environment
Working environment and physical requirements of this position are those typical of an office setting.
Minimum of 10% Domestic and Local Travel
