This is a remote position.

We are a leading consulting company with a very unique business model that helps small businesses grow by developing and executing strategic marketing and sales systems. Our expertise is in working with small businesses that have annual sales of $5 - $30 million and are in the manufacturing or industrial service industries. We are a dynamic group that leverages these companies' operational and manufacturing capabilities by producing valuable marketing and sales results. All of our clients are in the B2B marketplace.

This is a telecommute/remote position. This position starts off on a part-time basis but will move into a full-time position within 2-6 weeks. You will be paid weekly via an online platform and all fees absorbed by us. This is a long-term position that pays $75,000 - $100,000 per year paid on an hourly basis, plus bonuses. The starting hourly salary will be based on:

· Industry experience

· Level of experience with small, medium and large companies and the number of personal contacts established

· Several levels of assessments by key members of the company

· The candidate’s expectation of sales they believe they can develop

Our company utilizes several time-saving systems to help support and leverage results faster.

Job Description

The client intake specialist role is a sales position. You must have substantial expertise on the phone, using Zoom web meetings and in-person closing. This position requires you to cold call companies by phone that have expressed zero interest in our company. Your goal is to qualify them and set them up for a series of phone appointments, virtual meetings, and eventually face-to-face meetings. You will be executing a proven 55-step sales process.

Objectives

  • Maintain a perfect online, verbal and written reputation for us by ensuring that the client believes they have been treated fairly.
  • Execute our 55-step process.
  • Close a minimum of 5 new clients per calendar month. (We have received payment.)

Expectations

  • You will be expected to bring in a minimum of 10 new clients every 60 days. An average sales cycle from contact to becoming a client is 10-14 days.
  • You will be executing a proven process that has been used for 10 years in both qualifying and influencing decision makers.
  • You will be required to submit a daily email describing activity and results.
  • You will be involved in training sessions tailored to your role.
  • You must be teachable, coachable and be proficient in the steps that you are responsible for within the 55-step process.
  • You will report into the Executive Manager.
  • You must embrace our company’s 8 Core Values at all times by using good judgment and consistently exhibiting excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for generating 100% of your own appointments.
  • After the initial appointment is set, you will be responsible to conduct two separate Zoom meetings and two additional phone calls in conjunction with executing supporting emails and postal-mail touches.

Qualifications

  • 10 - 25 years business development experience in manufacturing and Industrial sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary professionalism and adherence to our Company Core Values
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and web meeting hosting
  • Ability to work independently and be highly motivated
  • Persuasive communication style, superior organizational and time management skills

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year paid on an hourly basis plus bonuses
