As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and supporting our Coaching Consultants.
What You’ll Do:
- High-Volume Outreach: Make 100 calls daily to real estate agents, booking 8-10 appointments for our Coaching Consultants.
- Client Qualification: Qualify potential new clients and help grow our client base.
- Database Management: Organize and manage our contact database to ensure efficient outreach.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a fun, energetic team while representing the Tom Ferry brand.
Who You Are:
- Educated and Experienced: You hold an Associate’s degree or have equivalent experience.
- Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with agents daily.
- Problem Solver: You have a knack for making quick decisions and solving challenges on the fly.
- Tech-Savvy: You are familiar with Microsoft Office and have intermediate skills in Salesforce.
