As we continue to expand our offerings, we are in search of a dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to spearhead growth and streamline operations within our outdoor furniture division.
Job Description:
As the Sales and Operations Manager at Northstone Outdoor Living, you'll oversee sales, operations, and our Shopify e-commerce website. You'll manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely deliveries. Collaborating with our creative team, you'll prepare and present furniture packages and quotes to our high-end clients. Your strategic vision will drive growth, maximize revenue, and reinforce our leadership in luxury landscaping and outdoor living.
As the Sales and Operations Manager at Northstone Outdoor Living, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing sales initiatives and operational functions to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities.
- Managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Managing and working with developers to build our Shopify e-commerce website to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Collaborating with the creative team to curate and present furniture packages / recommendations for high-end clients.
- Present quotes and design packages to clients and communicate to design team client feedback / revisions, manage the sales process from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, e-commerce management, and operations, experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for outdoor living and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
