About the role
Tek One Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to liaise with new and existing client partners in understanding and developing solutions for their staffing needs. Working closely with our dedicated recruiting team, Account Manager’s ensure we are providing qualified candidates to serve their business needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Reaching out to new and existing clients in order to build strong long-term business relationships
- Hold intake meeting with clients to understand their staffing needs, set expectations around their contributions to the partnership, explain the services of Tek One Solutions and work with them to develop feasible, creative solutions to their business needs
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure they understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner
- Increase Tek One Solutions' market share in the region or client portfolio
- Lead or attend team meetings to ensure the team has the most up to date information, provide client feedback, and can prioritize accordingly
- Constantly learn current emerging technology to effectively advise clients and recruiting team
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a staffing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate staffing specifications and functionalities.
- Proficiency in staffing industry terminology and jargon.
- Ability to liaise with management about sales strategies.
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
