Job Description

Our company is a communications, sales, and customer acquisitions company that focuses on expanding our clients’ business and developing their market locations. We have partnered with AT&T telecommunication services to sell and promote their products and services to local customers who receive eligible fiber. Their high-speed network and essential services have changed the game for telecommunications service providers. We are hiring an AT&T Sales Representative to join our team as we widen our market share and increase our client’s consumer base.

AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • The AT&T Sales Representative will be responsible for being straightforward during all of our customer interactions on what exactly our client offers and what they are eligible for in their local area
  • Be understanding of customers’ valued time and properly make informed recommendations on the customer’s inquiries at hand
  • Actively participate in sales and customer acquisition outreach daily to ensure that our company is increasing our clients brand awareness and customer base
  • Train on product knowledge and services as they change with time to always provide our customers with the best
  • Work closely with a group of individuals that have a similar entrepreneurial mindset
  • The AT&T Sales Representative will track all sales made daily, keep up to day with our Quality Control Team on installations, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Preferred Skills and Education:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2 years minimum in a customer service, customer support, sales, or customer facing role is a bonus
  • Ability to negotiate and positive influence customers
  • Adapt quickly in different environments and within a team setting
  • High personal standards and integrity
  • A passion for helping others and providing customers with the best possible experience

Our AT&T Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn a competitive pay of $40,000 - $50,000 per year based on average earnings. Top performers in the AT&T Sales Representative role are targeted to earn an average of $52,000 - $60,000 per year.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
