Exhibit Sales Representative
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission
Status: Full-Time Hybrid Position- Remote and In Office

Expo Outfitters is an established, growing, nationwide exhibit house specializing in full service rental and custom designed exhibit fabrication, graphics, labor services and show logistics. Position Overview:
Expo Outfitters is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our team in San Diego, California. In collaboration with the Sales Director, this role is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business, while maintaining relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales background, organizational skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Experience in the trade show or event industry
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in the exhibit sales or trade show industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
Essential Job Duties
- Cultivate relationships and secure business with exhibiting companies, agencies and event organizers
- Conduct outbound sales activity to continuously build a pipeline needed to achieve and exceed company set quotas.
- Maintain annual quota and grow booked business annually
- Attend industry events to increase Expo Outfitter’s visibility and promote brand awareness
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industry developments, competitors and trends
- Collaborate with Sales Director to develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations on behalf of Expo Outfitters
- Promote Expo Outfitters established partnership approach to clients
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure proposals and post sale logistics are met
- Maintain all data entry within Exhibit Force and provide sales reporting required by management
- Preform other duties as they may be assigned
Requirements
- Demonstrate Core Values of Professionalism, Organization, Integrity, Responsiveness, Inclusivity, and Teamwork
- 5+ years of sales experience in the industry
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills required
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as ExhibitForce

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
