XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for a SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE to join their existing Sales Optimization Team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, hospitals, public utilities, and transportation. The Sales Development Representative II (SDR 2) reports to the Sales Optimization Team Manager. As an employee of Xybix, he/she is responsible for professionally representing Xybix to all customers and partners, meeting or exceeding established goals, and enhancing Xybix’s reputation for service, quality, and functionality. The SDR 2 helps drive the company’s success by supporting the Territory Managers and their customer activities, assisting with smaller opportunities, and uncovering new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:
1. Responsible for gathering and qualifying cold leads at the initial sales cycle
o Gather customer lists from ZoomInfo, purchased Database, and Territory Managers of potential clients. Log them appropriately in Salesforce
o Research and call into territory to complete metro intelligence document
o Make cold calls and create interest for sales reps in each vertical and territory. Set up follow up actions and calls for Territory Managers
o Create and launch marketing plans with Digital Marketing Manager. Track activity and ensure follow up
o [note: when managing Job Function #4, this function is largely paused]
2. Support tasks and critical dates for Territory Managers to keep their projects on time with accurate information
o Field emails or phone calls to clients and support TM pipeline data and tasks
o Ensure all calls, tasks, email, and project processes are logged correctly
o Prioritize all opportunities and tasks to determine which projects need to be addressed
o Initiate drip campaigns to appropriate projects and customers
3. Assist Territory Managers with Design and Customer Service-related inquiries
o Create and update opportunities related to monitor additions, storage additions, accessory additions, etc
4. Assist in overseeing clients in the event a Territory Manager is absent due to maternity leave, sick leave, or termination
o Field emails or phone calls to clients and support TM pipeline data and tasks
o Conduct site visits when necessary
o Attend tradeshows when necessary
TERRITORY AND CATEGORY
- This territory includes North America and Canada. We may modify the regions covered during your training.
- The “Dispatch” industry channels include Public Safety, Federal Government, Education, Security, and General Industry.
- The “Healthcare and Command & Control” industry channels include Hospitals (Imaging), Department of Transportation, Airports, and Utility Control Rooms.
TOOLS, TRAINING, AND SUPPORT
- Xybix will provide all technology and equipment required to do this job at the Xybix offices. Xybix will also cover authorized travel expenses as listed in Xybix’s “Travel Expense Standard Allowances.”
- Xybix will enroll the SDR 2 in the Training Platform which will include; On-Boarding Training (one week at Littleton, Colorado offices), scheduled training directives and research, bi-annual training, ride-a-longs, and annual rewards and training events.
- Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Design, Installation, Executive Leadership, and the VP of Sales will provide the needed information required to ensure you are competent and fully equipped to service our customers at the highest level and grow your assigned territory. We “work as one” at Xybix.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or commensurate industry experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Sales experience
- At least 2 years as an SDR, inside, or outside sales experience in comparable industries preferred.
- Proven ability to plan and manage a sales account.
- Experience utilizing CRM systems, developing metrics and dashboards, and guiding sales process using CRM tools and methods. High proficiency in Salesforce desired.
- Successful and proven experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management.
- Proven skills as a sales professional or assisting them to achieving or exceeding sales quotas year-over-year.
- Proven and verifiable history of increasing revenues and margins to meet KPIs and company goals.
Marketing experience
- Proven experience with email or call campaigns to schedule meetings.
- Experience with marketing communications and market segmentation.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of automobile insurance.
- Must pass a background check and have excellent references.
- Must be meeting performance/attendance standards in current role.
- Not on any formal corrective action (performance/behavior).
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

- Willingness to travel up to 20%. Overnight stays are required periodically.

POSITION STATUS: Full-time / Non-Exempt (applicable overtime will be provided)
PAY RANGE: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience with the ability to earn 5% more once training is complete (approximately 3 months).
SHIFT: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 7:00am - 4:00pm

Once training has been completed, a 1-day/week work from home model can commence. After six months of employment, 2-day/week WFH can be earned.
