ABOUT US
We are a growing real estate investment company who buys and sells properties with the primary intent of creating positive outcomes for people in predicaments. We are seeking a highly motivated full-time sales representative called Disposition Specialist that understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Disposition Specialist you will be answering the phone from and returning calls to buyers interested in purchasing our wholesale houses, marketing the properties through various channels, and negotiating prices. Sales experience is a plus, but training will be provided. We will train you on how to market the houses and sell them over the phone. You will be up and running very fast. You will need to have a good work ethic and stay on the phone making calls. This is a great unique opportunity for the right person. We provide you with all of the tools necessary to become successful, including but not limited to: best sales and negotiation training, CRM, support and ongoing weekly training. We keep track of KPI metrics to help you stay on track and know if you are putting in the effort needed but we also make it a fun atmosphere. Compensation will be a base pay plus commissions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for selling houses that are in the pipeline.
  • Implement sales strategies to effectively resell acquired houses in the pipeline.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, such as online platforms, social media, to promote available properties to potential buyers.
  • Create marketing ads to sell properties.Work closely with local inspectors, set inspections appointments.
  • Generate buyers leads by various sources: Facebook, Craigslist ads, email blast, website, cold calling, etc.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers, provide detailed information about properties, and schedule property viewings.
  • Work closely with the acquisition team to understand the features and benefits of each property and effectively communicate them to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate sales terms with buyers to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions in the company's database.
  • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner.
  • Act as lead contact for buyers.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties.
  • Build rapport with the buyers to overcome objections to get the deal signed.
  • Must be results driven and have the mindset to want more financially.
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
  • Close contracts in a timely manner.
  • Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position.
  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

  • Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)

EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma and/or Associate’s degree in Business
  • 2-4 years of sales closing experience
  • Real estate experience a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
