What you will do:
The Red Hat Subscription, Education, Awareness Program (SEAP) team is looking for a Global Ecosystem Program Leader to join us. In this role, you’ll be responsible for development and execution of programs designed to scale our compliance efforts with and through our Partner Ecosystem. This will include direct engagement with our largest global partners in addition to development of partner programs to drive education on the Red Hat subscription model, its requirements, the value it provides, and ensuring Red Hat is fairly compensated for that value.

- Lead global engagement with strategic partners, working directly with them to ensure accurate and complete subscription reporting
- Work closely with the Partner Ecosystem Success organization to develop and execute sales programs focused on scaling our SEAP business through the Red Hat Ecosystem
- Lead Red Hats’ partnerships with our Global auditing and customer assessment partnerships
- Mentor and educate partners and regional Ecosystem teams on Red Hat software compliance standards, Red Hat subscription model and related contracts
- Help define and launch localized SEAP Ecosystem initiatives that will lead to identification, implementation, and expansion of best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a quantitative field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of Compliance, Sales, or other customer facing experience; other related professional experience in sales, marketing, strategy, or customer success will be considered
- Proven ability to engage in a strategic capacity with Sr. Leadership within Red Hat Partners
- Industry and subscription company experience; familiarity with renewals- and consumption-based business models
- Solid relationship management, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Strong analytical and strategy skills
- Coachable, energetic, and detail-oriented; focus on and diligence in delivering results
- Basic understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and reporting in it
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
The following are considered a plus:
- Experience supporting audit engagements
- Experience working across global geographies
The salary range for this position is $182,240 OTE - $300,720 OTE (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
