Essential Functions:

Production:
  • Maintain established productivity goals for the department without a loss of quality of work.
  • Train and supervisor current and new employees
  • Learn and lead the flow of goods through the sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing,
stocking, shipping. etc.
  • Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed.
  • Tracks production output as well as product levels and records information accordingly.
  • Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the
day.
  • Quickly and efficiently enter goods into software programs across all product categories as directed.
  • Operate equipment including pallet jack and box dumpster.

Sales:
  • Ensure software is up to date for the department to create listings.
  • Enter product data into specified tools and other applications to list items online.
  • Create item titles using keywords relating to the product.
  • Provide local pickup service to customers with a focus on loss prevention.
  • Advanced customer service.
  • Quality assurance in e-goods.
  • Advanced data entry and analysis.

Education and Experience:
  • Education or experience as a sales professional with intermediate to advanced knowledge of
eCommerce/online sales matters, providing supervision to eCommerce hub staff and projects.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • An exposure to social service or faith-based organizations is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position supervises the entire eCommerce Hub Team: shippers, listers, processors, customer service, and
eCommerce assistant supervisor.
  • Skills/Abilities:
Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with
customers, management, and co-workers.
  • Above average grammar, spelling, and writing skills. Basic computer skills including but not limited to
use of the Microsoft Office suite, internet browsers, payroll program, and all other programs or systems
that are adopted by the TSA ARC
  • Ability to use basic math skills
  • Good speaking, hearing, and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands, handle, or feel; and hear or talk. The employee is frequently required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally life and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Travel:
Able and willing to travel to various stores, warehouse, and ARC as needed. Attend training opportunities as approved or assigned by the Administrator

Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a mixture of typical office, warehouse, and store environments. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.

Job Objective:
The E-Commerce Hub Supervisor is an advanced level role performing a variety of duties to achieve our
common goal of selling items online from our warehouse inventory. In consultation with the ARC Command
eCommerce Strategy Manager, this position is the lead role within the local e-commerce department or hub.
