Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Vape Distribution Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with wholesale clients in the vape industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the vaping market.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into loyal customers within the assigned territory.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales potential.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our vape product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Educate clients on product specifications and industry trends.

Market Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Territory Management: Effectively manage and prioritize a diverse client portfolio, ensuring regular visits, product presentations, and ongoing communication to strengthen customer loyalty.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue goals.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities using CRM tools. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, timely product delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our brand, network with potential clients, and stay connected with the vaping community.

Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry regulations through continuous learning and training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the vape industry or related fields. Experience with wholesale distribution is highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the vape market, including products, trends, regulations, and key players.

Sales Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and build rapport with clients at all levels.

Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships, with a focus on providing outstanding service and support.

Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced sales environment.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory as required.
