Nash Insurance & Associates is an Independent Insurance Agency serving SW Florida for over 14 years. We are currently adding an additional Personal Lines Insurance Agent that does new sales in our Fort Myers, FL office. We represent the majority of insurance companies in the state of Florida for personal auto, homeowners, flood and all other personal lines products. Excellent salary and bonuses. We pay 100% of your individual health insurance on a great plan, life insurance, and a 401k with a 5% match.

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent/Representative:

4-40 or 2-20 (Property & Casualty) Insurance License is required
At least 2 years of sales or client-facing experience is required
Experience writing personal lines insurance products
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
Must be computer literate
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative:

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Cross sell both existing and new clients
