Granite company seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Duties
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients, enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including attending trade shows and networking events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments. If you don't have experience in the field, but willing to learn - that will work as well!
- Strong skills in cold calling and account management are essential.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients to close deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and a drive for achieving targets are essential for success in this role.
