Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence within the light industrial industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the light industrial sector.
  • Connect with decision-makers and industry professionals to generate leads and secure new clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing solutions that meet the unique needs and requirements of hospitality clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all business activities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and represent the company professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in sales as a business development manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of the light industrial sector, including its market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage those relationships to drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • A passion for the light industrial industry and a customer-centric approach to business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,024.62 - $70,169.43 per year
