**Job Overview:**
Join our media advertising company, we have TVs in various venues that advertise local companies. Earn hourly plus commission working in-office, or work remotely on full commission based on appointments set. Schedule in person appointments for our outside sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and make high volume of outbound calls with goal of setting a meeting for our outside sales team to run.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients
