Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships with new customers, have strong sales IQ, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment in the roofing industry. This position is COMMISSION plus BONUS!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with prospects.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
- Utilize our internal sales systems to maintain new, current, and future clients.
- Educate clients on company used products, installation practices, and timelines to finalize contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
- Door-to-door marketing is a requirement to build your customer pipeline.
- Fluent in is a plus for communicating with Spanish -speaking clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing/construction sales and/or related fields.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and account management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: $75,746.00 - $88,684.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
