Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships with new customers, have strong sales IQ, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment in the roofing industry. This position is COMMISSION plus BONUS!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with prospects.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Utilize our internal sales systems to maintain new, current, and future clients.
  • Educate clients on company used products, installation practices, and timelines to finalize contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
  • Door-to-door marketing is a requirement to build your customer pipeline.
  • Fluent in is a plus for communicating with Spanish -speaking clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing/construction sales and/or related fields.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and account management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75,746.00 - $88,684.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
