About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales and Partnership Manager to spearhead the growth of our Salesforce Services practice in the USA. This role is vital for aggressively expanding our client base, maximizing revenue through strategic partnerships, and ensuring the highest levels of customer engagement. A core focus will be on adding new logos to our client portfolio and strengthening our relationship with Salesforce at all levels to drive joint success. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of sales targets for Salesforce Services, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Drive the acquisition of new clients ("new logos") to expand our customer base, strategically identifying, engaging, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, with a keen focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Actively identify and close high-value deals, building a robust pipeline to ensure sustained growth.
Partnership Development
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and Area Vice Presidents (AVPs) to enhance strategic alignment and mutual growth.
- Establish, maintain, and expand partnerships with key vendors and stakeholders, with a focus on mutual growth in Salesforce Services.
- Act as a proactive liaison between our partners and internal teams, scheduling meetings with partners and connecting them with relevant Salesforce SMEs.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive joint sales, enhance brand presence in the market, and facilitate new logo acquisition.
Customer Engagement & Success
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, establishing strong relationships to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Lead regular check-ins with customers to assess needs, ensure high-quality service delivery, and proactively address any concerns.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of Salesforce solutions for new customers and partners, optimizing for client success and repeat business.
Market Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Perform competitive analysis and market research, identifying emerging trends and opportunities within Salesforce Services.
- Provide actionable insights to the leadership team, leveraging data to refine sales strategies and capture new opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and partnership developments.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, partnership growth, and new logo acquisition progress to track goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-performance sales or business development role within the IT services industry, ideally in Salesforce Services.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, with the ability to communicate technical value propositions effectively.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on partnering with Salesforce’s AEs, RVPs, and AVPs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel to engage clients, partners, and Salesforce representatives as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $133,094.00 - $139,462.00 per year
