Job Description

Med-Kick, a leading provider of remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and behavioral health services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven medical sales professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative nursing care, medical devices, and patient monitoring platform to healthcare organizations, hospitals, medical clinics & ACO’s.

We are particularly interested in professionals with sales experience & current relationships in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Behavioral Health, and similar clinical settings that manage chronic conditions. This is a field-based, 1099 position with a lucrative, residual commission structure including the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical clinics to promote Med-Kick's remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, and behavioral health services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Med-Kick's client base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our nursing care, medical devices, and patient monitoring platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend local/regional industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing any questions or additional needs that may arise.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Report to Sales Management on a regular basis, providing updates on sales activities and progress towards goals in addition to documenting all activities in our CRM(HubSpot).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management or Behavioral Health.
  • Knowledge of ACO’s, Value-Based Care, & Medicare Part B billing is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and an understanding of the unique needs of healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical clinics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
