Customer Success Agent

$ 40,000 - 50,000 a year

Our customers are flight schools, airplane owners, charter companies, and maintenance shops. They use our intuitive all-in-one software platforms to minimize their administrative work and to maximize the one thing that matters, to fly more with peace of mind.

We make our customers succeed in getting more done, with less effort.

What you will be doing

  • As our Customer Success Agent you will be guiding our new customers in using the Aviatize Platform.
  • You will nurture our existing customers and let them reach their goals easier.
  • You will provide training for customers and users.
  • You will be the point of contact for customer questions.
  • You will help build the platform’s knowledge base for further guidance to customers.

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally you have a bachelor degree in computer sciences or a related field with a few years of experience.
  • You feel comfortable dealing with multiple customers at the same time.
  • You are experienced in working in a lean and dynamic environment and you have a can-do mentality.
  • You have an above average understanding of General Aviation rules and regulations
  • You are fluent in using tools such as Google suite, Google analytics, Intercom, Slack, as well as CRM tools (ODOO, Pipedrive, …)

Above all, you are curious, creative, social, and willing to learn!
