Responsibilities

  • Run leads, perform roof inspections, and provide estimates at appointments
  • Advise customer on solutions to their roofing problems including repairs, maintenance and full roof replacement, both retail and insurance
  • Maintain excellent communication with homeowners
  • Meet the adjuster at the home for adjuster appointment
  • Obtain scope of work (insurance papers), upload into company database and review with homeowner (sign contract)
  • Assist customer with shingle color choices
  • Help generate leads through marketing, referrals, account management, and networking in the area of the installations
  • Collect payments from the customer
  • Update sales pipeline report daily in the CRM
  • Follow up with customer to ensure they are satisfied and ask referrals and reviews

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years minimum of sales experience
  • Roofing sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to assess and meet customers’ expectations
  • Track record of closing business successfully and meeting sales goals

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
