Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the local market to assess customers' insurance needs and offer personalized Allstate coverage solutions.
  • Create new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and referrals, as well as in-person interactions with customers.
  • Leverage your insurance knowledge to educate and inform customers about the Vaughn Agency and various coverage options.
  • Conduct needs-based selling by prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, conducting needs analysis, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence through a strong work ethic, persistence, and a focus on solutions-oriented sales.

Qualifications:

  • A track record of success in solutions-oriented sales or a background in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Possession of an updated property and casualty license is viewed favorably.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting needs analysis, developing solutions, and writing proposals.
  • Ability to generate new business through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
  • Proficiency with computers and statistical analysis software.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change and growth.
