Compensation:$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop personalized financial plans tailored to meet the unique financial circumstances and requirements of individual clients.
- Educate clients on a diverse range of financial products and services including life insurance, mutual funds, and savings plans.
- Engage potential clients through social media platforms and various marketing tools, while offering pertinent financial education.
- Utilize a CRM system for the collection and management of clients' financial information, encompassing their financial situation, objectives, cash flow, and expectations.
- Stay abreast of clients' specific financial goals and market risk tolerance through active participation in educational meetings and seminars.
- Benefit from a flexible schedule and a comprehensive two-year training program to enhance financial service sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients.
- Building relationships and networking are crucial skills for this role.
- A life and health insurance license is a must-have or must be obtained.
