We'll teach you about the products, if a potential lead will/won’t be eligible for our products, and what to say or not say in order to win accounts.
We are Arkadian Capital, and we fund business owners.
Earn Huge commissions while helping Businesses get the money that they need for their company (for bills, equipment, payroll, expansion, inventory, cash flow, etc)

How It Works:
- Call leads with the objective to turn them into accounts and company clients
- If the deal gets closes, get paid commission on all deals closed!
- Build a book of business and receive commissions each time your deal closes

- A steady and reliable way to commute to and from work
- An open schedule to dedicate to work from 8:45am- 6pm Monday-Friday
- Strong communication & sales skills (written, verbal & listening)
- Desire to earn a six figure income and more
- Ability to take rejection and not be deterred
- Self-motivated and engaging level of enthusiasm
- Persistence, relentlessness, excitement, and eagerness
Qualifications:
Experience, Competencies and Education:

- Adaptability- Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

This is full-time Monday to Friday 8:50am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Downtown Dallas, TX.
