Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Lexus vehicles and their features.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and lead management.
- Provide top-notch customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of proven experience as an Automotive Dealership Sales Consultant - Required.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and the Lexus brand.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Team player with a customer-centric mindset.

Compensation

- Compensation: $16.90 per hour.
- Commission Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a structured commission program based on the financial performance of the Team Member.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location, experience and performance/productivity.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older
- You are required to possess or obtain a valid California Auto Sales License
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
