Our mission is to disrupt the employee/employer landscape and make it healthy, real, and invested, by providing custom recruiting for our clients, who also value a healthy employee/employer relationship.

Here’s what we need and what you can expect:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Goals
  • Hunt for new clients and partnerships per our Target Market Guidelines
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Discover and analyze territory/market’s potential
  • Calls on and conducts discovery interviews with prospective clients at the appropriate level of decision making
  • Leverage networking events to meet prospective Centers of Influence to drive lead generation
  • Leverage associations to meet prospective Centers of Influence to drive lead generation
  • Leverage LinkedIn to connect with Centers of Influence to drive lead generation
  • Leverage referral partners to nurture relationships and drive lead generation
  • Looks for ways to spread the word about Zephyr Recruiting and our offerings
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their needs
  • Utilize CRM for all sales activity and reporting on a daily basis
  • Supply Leadership Team with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Work with external sales consultant for coaching, mentoring, training, and accountability
  • Above all, uphold, embody, and honor the Immutable Laws of Zephyr Recruiting at all times while on the job
  • Work with external fractional sales manager for coaching, mentoring, sales training, and accountability.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Business to Business sales is required
  • 3-5+ years of progressive sales experience
  • While this role does require a specific higher education degree, any college experience is beneficial and desired
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business based on target market guidelines
  • Strong, demonstrated ability to close sales
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed reasonable sales goals on a consistent basis
  • Superb client relations skills
  • High competency with learning new technology

Compensation

  • $50,000-$60,000 salary base + 5% commission (first year earning potential $75,000-90,000+)
  • Quarterly and Annual bonuses when sales goals are exceeded
