Records Management Clerk (Insurance)

This is the job for you! We are currently looking for a Records Management Clerk for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
- Hourly salary of $21.
- 8-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
- Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:40 pm.
- On-site work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize client files by sorting them into categories for destruction, legal hold, and imaging.
- Scan the categorized documents and accurately upload them into Salesforce, verifying the completeness of data.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail to properly segment and prepare all documents for offsite storage.
- Organize documents systematically and logically for easy retrieval, while adhering to the company's records retention rules.
What you will need to succeed:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness in handling critical information.
- Excellent organizational skills to establish and maintain a systematic and logical filing system.
- Proficiency in using scanning equipment and uploading data into Salesforce or similar software.
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors, providing updates on work status, and collaborating on objectives.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs/22.7 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Possession of an insurance or mutual fund license is considered advantageous.
- Experience in sales operations, process management, or documentation management is desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is considered advantageous.
