We are looking for energetic, professional Inside Sales Representatives, preferably with a background within the label/printing/manufacturing industry to join our Team. The primary focus will be to find and close new business opportunities for Brook & Whittle manufacturing facilities through prospecting. The role is salaried non-exempt.

Inside Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers offering the appropriate products, services and training to earn sales
  • Analyzing competitor activities and assessing opportunities for business development.
  • Keeping up to date with industry news to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Working to hit revenue targets and KPI's as set by the Sales Director.
  • Enhance customer focus, drive for revenue growth/increased market share.
  • Communicate with potential customers to update on capabilities of Brook & Whittle and push sales of product offerings
  • Networking with businesses in the territory and building relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth and effectively develop/manage new partners.
  • Target potential customers and assessing opportunities for sales.
  • Cold calling companies and establishing needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships and grow existing customer base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required.

Inside Sales Representative Job Requirements:

  • The minimum education required for this position is a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Typically possesses 2-4 years’ sales experience. Printing experience preferred but not required. Previous experience working in a professional sales environment – customer-facing required.
  • Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and employees.
  • Proven track record as a sales resource capable of building business and hitting sales targets.

Salary

The compensation for this role is heavily weighted on commissions, with the intent to reward a driven, productive sales professional for their efforts. Base salary of $40K - $45K.
